Paint Party Policy
Thank you for your interest. Please read our policy before booking with us.
D E P O S I T
There is a $100 booking fee at the time of booking. The booking fee is to reserve the artist, date, and time for your event.
R E F U N D S
No refunds are available. Should you need to reschedule your event, we will honor it for 3 months.
T A B L E S & C H A I R S
We do not provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, or canopies. Please ensure that tables and chairs are set up prior to our arrival.
P A I N T A R E A
In order for us to set up for your event successfully, we require that tables, chairs, and table covers are set up prior to our arrival. In addition, tables must be clear of food, drinks, seated guests, or anything obstructing our initial setup. We want to avoid any delays for your special event. Food and drinks are always welcome, after our team has finished setting up.
P A Y M E N T
All of our events are prepaid. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid delays or cancellation. As a courtesy, we provide ample time to plan your event. Please understand that payment MUST be received by the date /time given. A $50 late fee per day will be applied to your total balance. Failure to pay your event by the due date may result in cancellation.
For events scheduled with less that 10 days notice, FULL payment is required at the time of booking. Please call us to check availability at 562-450-0493. We are happy to send you an invoice or you may submit payment through our website.

When you attend a Pink Canvas paint event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By choosing to participate in our paint events, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio, recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, website, social media, and marketing material. You release The Pink Canvas, its affiliates and staff from any liability connected with said material.
By attending our events, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use , exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by The Pink Canvas or any party designated to do so.
